You can do them from blocks or from the hnag with a dip. Make sure your shoulders are strong enough by doing snatch grip presses and your cuffs are up to the task of ctahcing a weight in this posiiton. Also if the wieght is evn moving slightly backwards you will hurt your cuffs, you have been warned
The bar should go straight up almost scrappping your body all the way
again hips and traps generate al the power, arms are hooks and stay straight until your feet elave the ground.My arms do bend a tad too early.
