Hey im on a bulker and im basically on a "see food" diet. Is it ok if 100-150 of my carbs come from 100% fruit juice? Im just having trouble getting my calories up to around 4000.

It's much easier to drink calories than eat it.
3 cups Cran-grape juice mixed with 50 gr vanilla whey protein after training is great, IMO.

oh yeah and drink as much skim milk as you can, 1 hour or less pre-workout only though, because of the high sugar (lactose content). You don't want to gain fat. lean muscle is the way to go. I hear to much stories with bodybuilders telling me the gain ridiculous amount of weight and when they cut they realize so much of it was fat. So be carefull when bulking.

should I stay off fruit juices whilst on a cutter - i'm talking about real fruit juice, not from concentrate. i.e tropicana

Yes, one glass of fruit juice contains as many calories as a coke glass. Often the only vitamin is vitamin C, and that is in basically any vegetable, so it's kinda irrelevant nutritionally.

If you want to have something sweet on a cutter, the occasional piece of fruit would be better - more fibre, less calorie dense. Strawberries would be the best bet (25 calories per 100 grams).
