the problem with juice cleanses is when you buy juice it is going to be pasteurized so defeats the purpose entirely
and even if you juice at home when you juice a fruit you are actually filtering out the fiber which again, makes no sense.
if you want to do something like this just eat fruit for a few days
the only way to get a true cleanse and detox is water fasting

If you are talking about these products you can find in almost any supermarket then my opinion is pretty simple, waste of money.
Save your money. Just fast.
