General Condition: Decent health. I’ve been out of the gym game for a minute, but I’m making better choices now.
Current TRT Prescription Regime: Test Cyp 100 mg 2x per week. Deca 100 mg 1x per week (I actually take this dose 2x per week)
Gym Experience: I normally default to (Day 1) Chest/Tris, (DAY 2) Back/Bis, (Day 3) Legs/Shoulders (Day 4) Rest, and (Day 5) Start Over
Goal: I want to look and feel good in my clothes. I want to bang my wife without having an asthma attack (I don’t have asthma). I want to tie my shoes without holding my breath.
I’m open-minded and learning. I welcome any and all feedback to help me reach my goals. I more motivated now that I have been in a long time. As I learn and grow, I’ll update it here
