Personally I think 4 months is too long for a cycle, but hey it's your body and not mine and unlike the U.S. Government I will not try to protect you from yourself.

DR.Banner, im getting the underground 40mg tabs, and they cost the same as 50mg winny tabs, not pricey at all, so that isnt a concern, in terms of money....

i personally want to add some dbol during the recovery as per Fonzs post...
 
Nice, cheap ox. OK so price isn't a big deal but I still would suggest winny w/ the tren and then after the cycle use either:

1) halo
2) d-bol w/ ana and colmid
3)winny
4)primo (<200mg)

In order of most prefrable to least. Primo could be combined w/ any of the above 3 also for further anabolic support w/o greatly disturbing recovery.

BTW up to half of your protien from high quality powder is a good idea, and carbs should probably be 500-600gm. If you've got a fast metabolism or ecto temdancies a little "junk" on top of the good clean stuff a couple times a week might be a good idea. The diet change at week 9 depends on your goals (more size or tighten up a bit). Either way though you should still eat a lot compared to your normal "off" diet.

what if i am most likely a meso/endo combo, 60-70% meso....how diet then....same?
 
The var is there for a reason, a very good one: easier recovery.

I actually recommend var in EVERY cycle...that's the way I like to finish them. I always finish with low doses of var for two weeks while I hit the HCG and then it's on to an anavar bridge/Clen/Clomid.

And var is good for a bridge, no need for Dbol

Winny? Too toxic to justify it's use...especially in this cycle.

500g of protein should come from food only except post workout. Of course there's no way you can get that much food in without feeling like shit so use some shakes but keep there use to a minimum.

Fats should be at 0.25g-0.35g of your bodyweight and should be mainly from good sources like olive oil and flax oil. so about 80-90g, so let's round it off to 100g...that's 900 calories.

So far you only have 3000cals...you need another 3000cals: Carbs. That adds up to 750g of carbs a day. If that's too much, drop 50g of carbs and up the fat by 20 g or so.

Week 9, drop 200g of carbs, and week 10, 100g of carbs.

Keep the carbs sources natural stay away from junk as much as possible and you won't get much fat gain. Oatmeal/Beans/brown rice/fruit/.
 
thanks andy, is that diet specific to someone with a high metabolism? i feel like i am a endo/meso split, so would u alter that diet anyway accordingly or keep it the same..... just curious
 
If you're on the endo side (like me) make sure the carbs you eat are mostly clean and try to get them all in by 6-8pm or so.

If you feel that 6k is too many calories drop it down to 5-5.5(reduction from carbs) and as you increase LBM increase your calories.
 
so this monday starts week 11, a few brush up questions for my andy and the rest that have helped me....
what 4 week clomid regimen should i follow?
during the cycle, i didnt get anavars, i used 50mg winny pills, and im also thinking that those 6 weeks that i am off after week 14 i will run 200mgs of primobolan a week, and maybe some halo or dbol in the morning.....
thoughts comments?????


BTW, im up around 40 lbs :D
