My grandparents are in their 80's and are really starting to feel the effects of arthritis and joint inflammation. Now my grandparents are pretty cool, and have always shown an interest in my workouts and supplementation. My grandpa, was a hard work SOB, worked at our local agriculture research centre, and bartender on the side. So you can imagine he did a lot of sit down/standup/kneel type work. Now my grandmother is getting arthritis in her back/ribs from previous injuries. They have shown some interest in supplementing,as they are both reluctant to take pain meds.
What do you guys think could help in a situation like this?
I was thinking something along the lines of
Forged Joint(or similar joint support)
Krill Oil
Skelly Balm
Of course This would need to be cleared by their Dr. since they are old and stuff. Just looking for some insight.
