joint pain when doing curls

I keep getting joint pain when I’m doing curls
it’s very frustrating because it’s preventing me from really going heavy and it’s getting a little annoying
what advice can you give to me when it comes to joint pain in terms of a supplement that I can take
or am I just screwed when it comes to this sort of pain

fish oil with glucosamine and msm will help but you need lots of bone broth and collagen for this
