I'm starting a lifting/life "diary" here because the misc is pretty much gone, I will be uploading a lot of training videos and such, I'm not sure the extent of what is allowed but I was uploading a video almost everyday talking about my life and just rambling, I'm probably going to do something similar here, I haven't trained in a couple weeks and I'm not very strong at all and I'm all natural, right now my main goal is to lose weight.
