Allright Johnny enough small talk let's see some damn work bro! Lol
LOL Monday was my last day of the 5X5 I am taking a few days off to let a couple things heal up that have been bugging me the last couple weeks. So I have only been doing some light cardio till friday or saturday depending on how I am feeling. Then I will start my new split routine I have been putting together. Time to change it up! I want to be 100% that way I can go for broke the rest of the comp.
