My guess would be they don't exist. Most of those sites, anything that gets into 'adult' content, is gonna at least ask for some adult screening password (adult check, etc.) or a credit card to prove 'adulthood'. This one requires an account, but it's full of personals:

YOu live here in Atlanta----so just pick up a copy of Eclipse...a free gay rag---they usually have a section of free gay sites you can browse. You can find a copy anywhere in Midtown, if you live in this area.
