I've always wanted to ask about this guy. Has anyone actually tried or knew somone who tried his dieting advice? Last time I checked a few months ago he still had his column in Musclemag International saying that he has athletes and bodybuilders as clients who eat 6,000-10,000 calories a day and maintain single digit bodyfat percentages. I just can't imagine that being physiologically possible no matter where the calorie sources are from (Protein, Starches and MCT oil in his case). Even with steroids/GH...
I know for me, I always gain some bodyfat while bulking and my calories aren't even that high. His articles have been around forever and always got my attention for some reason so I thought I'd ask.
