John Kerry's Purple Heart Doctor from Vietnam speaks out

OK, the shit's getting deep in here now. Purple Hearts are handed out by the military right and left. Some are for having your arm blown off and some are for small cuts on your pinky. That's the way its always been. John Kerry didn't decide to give himself a Purple Heart, the people above him did.

Bottom line: Kerry was a rich kid with a Yale degree that VOLUNTEERED and saw combat while Bush used daddy's political connections to secure a spot in the Ntl. Guard where he was almost guaranteed to see no combat.

Kerry was in the war, he's entitled to protest it and have his opinions against it.

Does anyone else find it funny that Republican tools like Poink were bitching last week about Kerry throwing his medals away and this week they're saying he didn't deserve them in the first place? If he didn't deserve them then wouldn't he have good reason to get rid of them?

Kerry is a user and not to be trusted
and George Bush is a liar who is responsible for murdering thousands of foreign civilians along with hundreds of his own people. your point?

I think Kerry is a pretty poor choice for the Democratic nominee......but I will vote for him over Bush. With that said I think the republican attacks on his vietnam service are pretty pathetic considering Bush's service. Some point out that because Kerry may or may not have thrown medals over a fence he is not fit to be president. If thats a benchmark for being president so shoudn't being arrested for a DUI, snorting coke, and weaseling out of military service be benchmarks too??????

“We don’t understand why Kerry would make the centerpiece of his campaign an exaggerated account of his four month service in Vietnam 33 years ago, but since he is, we believe the American public is entitled to the truth about his service and about his charges about war crimes and atrocities,” explained John O’Neill, a Swift Boat veteran who took charge of Kerry’s boat a few months after Kerry’s departure and who debated Kerry in 1971.
gimme a fucking break.

1. He took charge after Kerry left. So what the hell does he know about Kerry's preformance
2. He debated Kerry in 1971. So they are political rivals to began with.
