I decided to give CKD a whirl and what better time to try something new then fresh in the new year? I'm only planning to try it for ~2 weeks just to see how my body reacts. Beginning stats: 174lbs & 10-12% BF. I'm using the CKD worksheet from Mr. X to calculate my diet breakdown. Primary foods will be eggs, bacon, sausage patties, bergers, hard salami, tuna packed in olive oil, cheese, almonds, peanuts, flax oil, and olive oil.
I started yesterday with 90min of low-intensity cardio on my bike trainer on an empty stomach. I didn't get out of bed till almost 2pm (late night
) so I knocked ~30% off of my food intake for the day.
