Jason blaha YouTube/ 1 cc T,1 gram Decca ??

On a YouTube channel Jason blaha a power lifter discusses his current gear stack. He said he's running 250 test and 1 gram Decca. Has any 1 done this and EXPERTS plz put sum light on this. Like I have never herd or know any 1 doing this it's usually test equal or a lil higher than Decca. Wats the negatives or positives with running test so low with 1 gram of Decca ???

Less bloat from the test, gets the full effect of the nandrolone considering both aromatize... test is used almost as a ancillary just to keep levels at a normal range... I have personally done this with tren, npp, and eq... And tren/npp combo... usually when cutting...

he is on HRT first off .. if you cycle deca is a bad idea especially at that dose because it takes forever to clear out

and second off I wouldn't ever follow what Jason Blaha says. I mean he is a mental midget on nutrition and AAS use.. in other words he doesn't know shit about either and to top it off he looks like he doesn't even lift.
 
Steve smi I do agree with him on certain things. But this was sort of thing I never herd. Well I think Jason's a nerd Wana b power lifter and not a body builder. He has a huge bak and legs and other than that no.

Ok let's not get into whether Jason Blaha looks like he lifts or not, its irrelevant in this case, dude is a PL and physique is not much of a concern.

That being said,

If you are already on HRT for life, then I guess 1g Deca with slightly above HRT dose of Test is fine. But that's for people who are dumb enough in the first place to abuse steroids to the extent that they have to be on HRT for life. Its like asking a crack head whether blowing an 8 ball a night is a wise move. Of course he would say yes if he had the dosh, but is it wise for sane people to do it? Fuck no. This is completely pointless advice for people with half a working brain.

but what irks me is he gives advice for bodybuilding when he isn't a bodybuilder. I saw him claim Tbol was a shitty AAS. that is nonsense.. its probably the best oral AAS other than var if you ask people who actually have used it.

and then he has said tren is bad for building mass. more buffoonery.. tren is the king of building mass. that's just a lack of experience using these compounds.

these youtube guru's are dangerous cause teens watch them more than any other demo group.. the only guy I have found who has any credibility to give advice is bio3, although his approach is sometimes condescending

Yeah his PL total is 1300lbs? That's certainly nothing to brag about, As of today my total is 1505 lbs @ 220lbs (415 bench, 515 squat, 575 DL). Fucked my lower back so DL is lagging and I rarely bring up my total since I am quite ashamed of it. To have the galls to give advice with that kinda stats is mind boggling.

Most Youtube fitness gurus are usually insecure cats who cultivate their fan base by spreading misinformation to uninformed teens. It gets my goat that they are leading a bunch of teenagers into a questionable lifestyle. Always addressing the superficial aspect of BB or PL, without delving to the discipline, character building and resiliency that comes with this lifestyle. Look at dudes like Ed Coan, Matt Kroc or Captain Kirk, now these dudes are pure inspirations.

For the Youtube crowd, I am a big Elliot Hulse fan, simply because he doesn't give hard and fast advice, rather giving out information for people to make an informed decision for themselves. Clint Darden is also a cool cat. I find Jerry from BioS3 very funny and entertaining, I watch his shit whilst doing cardio, but as far as advice goes, I disregard it and go with my own research

he is a strong MF. not the body most guys will go for but he can squat a car.. so that I respect

those guys who go for the skinny look or those guys who go for the powerlifter look, or whatever in between I can RESPECT that. what I can't respect is the youtube guru's who want guys to think they got to where they are at naturally, or who spout bro science as fact. in fitness its impossible to get clear black and white explanations for things, that's why if you train with someone and do the same thing for a year straight one person may excel and the other might not.

Yeah Clint Darden is pretty cool. I respect that guy. Jason blaha brings up a lot of science nerd shit and has some cool shit 2 talk about with some research to bak it up. But he's still 1 of those fat nerd kids who r 39 living I'm mom's basement lol. STEVESMI WHY WON'T U DO A VIDEO , you have a lot of knowledge. I think I read on some thread of u saying that u were gonna do a video or something . But I see Dylan Gemeli is doing a nice job on them videos.
