ITT we post our Briggs-Myers personality type.

It's like that retarded question that a personal trainer asks you, "How out of breath are you on a scale of 1-10?" Fuck, think about how really stupid that question is. There's no way to properly gauge it.

lol exactly

the nurses would ask me that when I was in labor and I always thought a 10 was like...DEAD pain so I always said 3 or 4 you know mabye a 5..not so bad...hard to concentrate and breathe but I'm not dying right?

I lost control of that situation lol....

Where does an amputated limb lie on that scale? Let's say you're cutting off an arm with a hand saw, no anaesthesia. While the saw is actually doing its work it's gotta be way up around 10, but after the sawing is done and you've just got a bloody stump, would that be a 9, or an 8? Or being burned at the stake, surely that would be a 10, no? So how are you supposed to compare a natural bodily function to that?

lol! You're right. When you've never experienced something before you don't know what to expect or how to rate it. When someone asks you to rate pain on a scale like that...I never know how to respond because a 10 should be like my arm in the process of being cut off or being on fire lol
