Its those little things....

Does that go for pretty much all processed foods? So the only real sources of proteins are real meat (chicken, beef, pork, fish from grocery store or restaurant), milk, and protein powders?
 
imo yes, the less proccessing a food source goes through the better it is for you....like for example lunchmeat....not a good source of protein....hamburger and steak is a good source
 
isn't pasteurization heat low, less than boiling? It takes a lot of heat to denature protein (look at cooketd meat for instance).
 
Im glad you brought that up IL. Im going to research it later and see if I can figure it out.

Im not expecting you to answer these, I will research it on my own, but these are the questions I have.

All dairy foods are processed, Milk, Cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt, etc. Does that mean that none of the store bought products are any good?

All meat I eat is cooked with high heat. Does that do the same thing to the protien in them? Should I eat my meat as raw as I can handle it?

Im sure more will come up as I research it.

I will try to post all of my findings for everyone to look at.
