But my issue is this now.... Everything hurts. Especially my shoulders. I don't think I've done any significant damage but they're always tight, hard to rotate, and regular shoulder DB presses are out. And that sucks coz I was up to pressing the 60s for 8-10. The rest of my body hurts too. No major injuries, just tired and sore.

Have you tried using a Lacrosse ball to roll it out? You can lay on it & roll till you hit that 'happy spot' - you'll know beacuse you will want to vomit!
You can google videos for each body part. Not sure how good they are but you'll know what feels right for you as you do it. Pretty much the same thing as foam rolling, but it works great for shoulders!!
That little ball helped me out so much! It sucks having to do it so much, but it really breaks up all that scar tissue.
