Its been 7 years and I have just started training(Working out again) I had gastric bypass abot 1.5 years ago and my skin is a little saggy and I don't have the physique I used to. I an wondering how long should I be working out before I start a Cycle? And if so I would love some advice on what to try, its been awhile and Im not sure whats new and what has changed..... Thanks for any help!!
