itchy nipples on cycle

I am 5’8, 12.5 stone, and 15-17% body fat. I am 42 years old. I’m on my third cycle ever and doing Sustanon 250 at 500mg a week which is standard dose. Never had any issues with gyno on cycle. I am doing ½ mg of arimidex on days I pin and now on week 5 and I feel itchy nipples and soreness around chest. Is this gyno?

You need to switch to aromasin 25mgs ED and nolvadex 40mgs ED until gyno symptoms go away then pyramid down.

i would do that aromasin dosage EOD, don't over do it

also pick up letro in case

You need to go to EOD dosing. Dosing just twice a week isn't cutting it

who says 500 is a standard dose lolll... as rick said, you need every other day dosing... thats more "standard" of a dose

You are definitely experiencing gyno symptoms. I would really increase your dosing on the adex or switch to aromasin. Do not dose too high because crashing estrogen is a terrible experience.

this right here, absolute best, and only way to dose ai on cycle imho.
