Ist cycle need advice

Hi guyz this is my first cycle.
i am about 5'5 , 150 lbs been working out for like 2 years now but seems like need some steroids to grow, the body is not responding the way it should.
well this is my first cycle ever and want to bulk.
9 weeks + 3week PCT - post cycle therapy -
week 1-9 - suston 250 250mg, Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 200gm, dianabol 15gm (everyday).
week 10-11 - nuthing on
week 13 - clomid 20gm (every day), HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500ui
week 14 - Clomid 20gm (ever day ) , HCG 500ui.

nolvadex for any tit bitch sign..
i look really skinny and ma body is very tinny so i scared of over dosage hence want to restrict to these doese.. i am also planning 3000 cal. diet a day. i will be working out 6 days a week. i also have some creatin and nitric oxide at hand which help me more..
i was thinking of using a test enhancing suplement in PCT but m not sure about it..
plz give reply and tel me wht else should i do to bulk up this summer..
 
How old are you? Not that it matters. You are 155? You had better learn how to lift and eat properly before taking any anabolic androgenic steroids. Please don't be offended, but you have no business starting anabolic androgenic steroids yet.

155 is light, again you are 5"5 but still you should be able to put on more mass naturally. dial in that diet and training
 
^^^ I agree w/ above. Sounds like you might have some training and nutrition issues to sort out first before turning to drugs. If you really want to grow, you have to get this taken care of first. Drugs won't do you much good if every other part of the equation is off.

That being said, many suggest a test only cycle to pop your cherry. I would save the deca for next time.
 
I will give him some credit that it seems as he has done SOME research as compared to others on here. So i give him congrats there. YES you should be able to get to about 160-165 before you start a cycle. I started my cycle when i was about 175 and im 5 7. So gain 10 pounds naturally, keep learning on here and than do it. Good Luck
 
I have yet to venture to the dark side, but I must say you guys are pretty good in the advice you give. I really respect telling people to get diets and training in check rather than just jumping to the juice. There is alot of growth that can be accomplished thru OTC supps prior to AAS.. Thanks to the vets.
 
It's not set in stone, bro. But the general consensus is to lift as much as you can naturally until you can't break through a certain weight.

Diet is first, training second, and steroids bring up the rear.
If you feel like you are at that point then the first cycle is almost always Test testosterone enanthate/ testosterone cypionate. by itself. Run it at 500mg/ wk for 12 weeks .
Then do PCT - post cycle therapy - . Have ALL products in your possession before you start.

Thanks guyz i will reconsider about the cycle... btw wanted to know how will it affect ma body if i start a cycle now rather then putting more 10lbs over six months?

diet is key, rest is key, smart lifting is key, you could put on another 20lbs naturally if those 3 are in check

hey bro as already said you really need to get your diet and training program sorted out first, you said you eat 3000 cals a day maybe try 4000 cals a day with heavy and hard training and plenty of water and sleep and OTC supps and watch your self grow! how old are you mate? i see your an aussie so im more than willing to help you out bro. please post your current diet and training program so we can help you out some more.. cheers mate
