You are dead wrong. Jews occupied the land before 70 a.d. when the Romans forced them out and scattered their people.

Also, their is no such thing as a "Palestinian". These are just Egyptian, Jordan, Saudi, and lebanese arabs that moved in and inhabited the land after the Roman conquest. Actually, the Romans named the land Palestine afterward. There is no such race or people as "Palestinians". They are just arabs from surrounding areas.
