we all hold fat in different places. your thighs/ass could drive up your %, or your back.

OK, this just in!! A captain at another house, who has your typical disdended beer belly, and probably comes in at 35% bf, all in the belly....you know the type, no muscle in the arms, tiny legs, all beer belly...anyway, he tested at 20% yesterday (same as me!!) lol, he said his stomach is so tight they couldnt pinch the skin. The funny part is he believes he is 20%. (he is probably 5'9" 240#'s, and does not work out at all...guessing 40"-42" waist)

makes me laugh

Top 4 abs only are visable when flexed = 10-12%

Full abs are visable when flexed = 8-9%

All abs visable when relaxed = 5-7%

I would agree with this right here....I would say he is around 12-14% look pretty good bro keep up the hard work and you will be ripped for summer

there is not a lot of separation in and cutness on your arms and shoulders but then it looks like your abdomen is pretty ripped up. i think your 15%, but you are holding excess weight in your upper areas, maybe a better pic would change that perspective. still no way are you 20 with abs like that bro

Bang on the money with the reasoning IMO, what you lose in being cut on the upper section you seem to make up for in the abs area. I'm the oposite and currently at 14%, you're not much different from that percentage.

Jdevlin, I would have put you more in the 9% myself but that's just from personnel experience.

Definitely below 15%. Youre more muscular and have less BF on your midsection. Your arms dont look like theyre below 15%. That's why everyone is different and everyone holds fat in different areas. The total sum through pinching 3-4 different areas really doesnt mean shit. You can be 20% on your arms and 10% on your midsection, that's how your own genetics work.
