Is this protein BETTER than WHEY ???

Ok. Whey can easily be converted for Glucose and raise insulin. I've read it several times on the diet board. Apart from after the workout, isn't it just better to use a protein which is a combination of aminos from different sources?

Like MET-Rx Metamyosin which includes Casinate, Whey protein, egg protein and milk proteins ?
