^^^ if that is the physique you want then it will come down to a lot of cardio and a pretty damn strict diet. check out some of CK's logs. that is the body you are probalby aiming for. the beach body young dude look. and there is nothing wrong with that at your age although that is not what will scare away a robber in a dark alley it will attract attention on the beach. depending on genetics it won't be easy to achieve, CK does 45 minutes of cardio a day or something like that.. and his diet is pretty strict avoiding sugars and bad stuff. i bet if you did a ton of cardio and you just avoided all sugars (yes dairy, breads, cereal are sugars too) then you would shed away fat without using all that stuff you listed
