Is this a good cycle for a newbie

Hello all,
First I'd like to thank you guys for helping us newbies out so much. I have been reading your posts and information for severl weeks now and I have to say that without your help I think I would have done it all wrong.

So I from what I've read this is the best way to go for a first cycle.
by the way my stats are
25yrs old
lifting for 7 yrs on and off, currently returning from a 5 month period of non lifting
i'm 5'9" and about 170-175
right now I think I am at about 20% bf

Wks 1-4 Dbol 35mg/day
Wks 1-10 Test E 500mg week

Wks 11-16 (HCG, Nolva)

I also want to know how I should inject myself..I don't have anyone I can go to do it for me.

So what do you veterans think... please any comments are appreciated.

hmmm 20% BF....i would get your body fat lower before you start that cycle...your going to blow up like a fish especially with the dbol...if your still adament about doing the cycle..keep the test, drop the dbol and maintain a strict diet to shed some body fat off....here is a link on how to inject.

Agree with Swordfish get your bf% down before you begin your cycle....Good luck

Looks pretty good. The only thing I would change is running pct wks 12-15. Don't forget about your liver and prostate protectors too like milk thistle and saw palmetto or propecia, and the nolva on hand in case gyno signs arise. You can also use the nolva throughout to help keep water weight off but it's not a neccessity. Dbol skyrockets my blood pressure so keep an eye on that as well.

Well i have not really measured my bf percentage. I am a slim guy i just have some fat around my belly and chest.

My goal is to tighten up my stomach and chest while increasing the mass on my legs by a substantial amount.

Do you guys still think that this cycle will work good for those goals.
 
Step away from the gear. When you've been training consistently for a year at least and have lost some BF, re-post.
 
sorry i know this is probably a dumb question but what is the advantage with starting pct 2 weeks after your last injection? is it because you still will have enough test in your body to keep getting results from?

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

You havent trained for 5 mos and you want to do steroids. That my friend is a horrible idea. Do yourself a favor and hit the weights naturally for a year get your diet in line then think about the gas.
 
i would drop down to at least 16bf and lift for at least a 6-12months. try test-e 500mg wk1-10 and pct. i wouldn't stack on the first cycle, just to see how your body responds to a single compound.

I agree- you test levels are still natually high at age 25, should train raw, no juice for at least another year.Then start slow,your receptors will still be virgin, you can then make keepable gains in muscle mass if you use your head.
 
if you're going to do it anyway, (and we all know he is), i would drop the dbol bro, ur body fat is high if it's really 20% but you're guessing.. get you diet in check, do lots of cardio and stick with the test only for 10weeks.
the reason to start pct 2 weeks after is because the test levels in your system after one week are still high enough to keep you shut down, therefore hindering recovery
 
you need way more than just a year of training under your belt before you juice. dude you can make great progress without, then when you do, WOW, look out!
 
well I have begun working out already...Anyways I am still in the planning stage of this. I don't have the gear yet. Or any sources for that matter. i was just curious b/c I do want to do a cycle eventually
 
good first cycle but, if you plan on loosing fat id drop the dbol. just try to drop some bf before you start then youll be fine. don't worry about the injections, they are easier than you think.
 
Why does he have to drop the fat? If dropping fat before gear is protocol then there wouldn't be any powerlifters. Look at those guys, some of them are fat as hell and use gear. I'd just get a longer needle.
