Is there a need for anti-estrogen after gyno surgery?

I'm getting gyno surgery, it's supposed to remove the glands and make it so that you can't get gyno again. Is there a need for anti-estrogen if gyno isn't an issue? Thanks.

ive heard thats you can still get gyno afterwards, but that would be cool cuz i already had gyno surgery from stupid shit i did when i was younger lol. id love to never have to worry about it again

Don't do it ask your doc for evista . I had bad gyno since high school and it made me depressed then my doc recommend evista said its better than novadex and all the others I got it at 60 mg's a day and in 2 weeks my gyno was gone and there were no side effects but takes about 2 weeks then it gets smaller and smaller till it disappears
