The general recommendation is to keep the gh dose to around 2iu/day for women. Run the dose for a nice long time, every day if cash allows, or often a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle is followed. Give the cycle a few weeks to see results. Results seem to include increased awareness / more alert / more "healthy" feeling, more supple skin, clearer skin, etc. Remember that gh by itself won't do much for muscle increase - this is the realm of male hormones if you are looking for "supplemented results". With use over time, reduced fat body fat should also come. GH is not a "diet pill" and by itself shouldn't be expected to produce immediate results. It's possible to encounter some water retention, possibly at the beginning of a cycle.
Basically gh for women is the same as for men, just a smaller dose is required. Doses above 4 iu may cause joint ache that feels like carpel tunnel and it just isn't necessary.
Are you asking about gh by itself or w/ an AS?
