Thanks for the reply Radar. Thats a bummer as I was very interested in enrolling on his programme. Could any of you bros recommend something similar i.e. high volume, high frequency stuff like omegas ( thats what i gathered from reading his posts) or if it is ok could someone please explain the key principles so that i may put it together my self. Any help is as always greatly appreciated.
