Is the diet worth it?

I just got on a good diet and is it eveb worth doing if I don't get on a cycle? I don't know if I can eat the same food everyday. I mean how much of a difference will it make?

First off, you shouldnt even consider doing a cycle unless you have a good diet. and there are so many different food choices out there, that are good and healthy. you just have to find out which one you'll stick to. You can get amazing results with just working out and having a good diet. you can use alot of gear, but without a good diet, you will see shitty results. for example, whn peope bulk, they use that as an excuse to eat mcdonalds for 12-14 weeks. well, yeah, your bench press went up 50 lbs, your weight went up from 165 to 200lbs, but your gut sticks out further then your chest does. get your diet straight and maintain it for a while before using gear, you'll be more happier with the results.

Well thats the thing, I refuse to do a cycle. It costs a lot, its hard to eat at certain times when you have work or school and its time consuming.

come on bro, im sure a mojority of the people on here have jobs as well, and im sure they plan ahead so they can eat every 2-3 hours. i go to school part time and work full time. i lift in the morning, work for 8 hours, go to class, then sleep. i pack my meals the night before, or ill wake up a bit earlier. i mean, i dont know what else to tell you. your question basically ask if you should even diet. well dont diet then and just lift weights, and let us know your results.

Bro,

Serious lack of dedication here.

DEFINATELY stay away from AAS. All us bro's dedicate our days to training and eating. That means, when I cook, I cook 20 portions at once. I eat clean and cheat once a week. Every morning I prepare my meals and shakes tpo take to work - I literally have to sneak out of the office to consume my tuna burgers or whatever.

Nothing in this life comes for free, even a great body with AAS. Have a rethink bro and come back if you decideits worth the time and effort

90% of fitness is diet....

C'mon.....

You need to focus more on the 23 hours a day out of the gym than the 1 hour in it

90% I think is an exaggeration, but the point remains as everyone else has indicated that your approach sounds too 1/2 arsed to consider aas.

And yes of course, a good diet is worth it even if your not on aas. You can look good without aas - e.g., olympic sprinters/gymnasts, and they're not even training for bulk. I guess it depends on how massive you want to be, but a lot of natural pros are still massive

Well, first off. Screw some of you guys for being jerks to roid_free. Can't a man ask a question without getting raped in the ass?

roid_free, like they did say, diet is the key to getting big. Being on a good diet is the ONLY way to gain muscle.

Even when taking steroids, if your diet is poor you will make very little real progress.

There are some natural guys that are pretty damn big, and it is because they eat right.
