I am 6'0, 183lbs with 13%bf and I have been working out 5 days a week for 8 months. I gained 20 lbs during the first month when I first started working out by just taking Whey protein. I have been taking in around 3000 calories a day and maintaining this weight for 6 months now and in that is 2gr. of protein for every pound of my body weight. I would like to bulk up a little more but I would also like to cut down this little bit of belly(lovehandle fat) also. I feel like i have been at a standstill with my physique, like my muscles are not getting harder or bigger and I have been working my butt off.
2 weeks ago I started my first cycle taking:
400mg of Supertest/ a week
600mg of Deca/ a week
Since I started I have been hearing and reading alot about it would be best to drop the deca and just take the test for the first cycle, and should i take anything with it?
I also was wondering what some good advice on injecting in the biceps & triceps would be.
I would like to get to bulk up to around 190-195 and then cut really hard.
I would appreciate any good advice.
