is subway fast food?

In terms of purely food quality and not just food prep. Let’s say I go there and get a basic turkey sandwich with cheese and oil, vinegar but use wheat bread. This is fast food for me but it is also healthy right? My friend says it is fine as long as you adjust your calories and macros that you won’t see any difference in how you look.

Subway is fast food for sure.
I dont think its bad food if the bread is not white and you just get chicken no sauce.
