Is Sprint a good cell provider?

Been with AT&T for about 6 years now...had Verizon prior to that and hated their nickel and dime tactics.

Thinking of making a change. Anyone have any experience with Sprint?

Yes they are. I've been with them 5 years now. I pay a flat rate for unlimited internet, text, voicemail, calls, free roaming, and not a single problem. They might be a tad higher per month for the unlimited plan than most but you absolutely will not be charged any extra what so ever.

Aren't sprint and AT&T both GSM? Would that mean they share cell phone towers?

I'm AT&T and they are horrible. I know a lot of Verizon people who love it.

I've had Sprint for almost 10 years. Once and a while I'll get a dropped call but the everything package plus a free phone every couple years is good enough for me.

I only use normal phone-calling phones, though, so I can't comment on data services or internet stuff.
