I dunno but I'm sure what I was doing two Saturdays ago across the street from a big, new club on Main Street, in my town, was illegal!

Pounding my girlfriend from behind on the hood of my Accord in the county courthouse's parking lot.

I don't think its illegal but I do think that if a cop wants to be a dick he can charge with some other charge..

A sad sorry about the car sex. There was an article in the paper last week where a high school football player had been caught messing around in his car with another guy. A cop came and found them and made a big deal about. Cop told him how funny it would be if everyone found out about this. (the kid was obviously in the closet". The kid begged the cop not to say anything to anyone or his parents. The cop told him that he would have to tell his parents the whole story (dick head cop) The kid wound up going home and killing himself in his parents basement. The family was awarded i think 100k from the city

Sad story though.. All because the kid thought the Cop would tell what happened.
