Is one steroid cycle per year safe?

There is no such thing As a stupid ? He didn't know so he asked the people that do that seems so stupid doesn't it...

Why don't u guys stop being ignorant a-holes and answer the dudes ? Or say nothing. He's obviously doing his research and ur filling his post with bs.

His question was essentially "do I need to worry about side effects for a 6-8 cycle"... That question was answered in my first response. So what's the problem? Are you suggesting we spoon feed everyone and hold their hands like a child?

These are basic knowledge questions that have been answered 1000x on every steroid forum on the net. A simple google search will reveal that steroids cause side effects at any duration and dosage. He has tools like the EF search function at his disposal as well.

OP, as long as you "protect" yourself and have a safe dosage/cycle plan then you would be fine. Diet is the key to being safe though....terrible diet will hurt you more and quicker then 1 little cycle per year in my opinion.

Diet is key to being safe on an AAS cycle ! really ????????

Jesus , you need to do more research than the OP - dont give out anymore "advice" like this.

I didn't say diet is key to being safe on AAS. Diet is key to being safe in general I mean...like health or do you disagree with that as well? I think my "advice" is fine.

Anytime you cycle, you run risks. It's as simple as that. Generally the more you cycle, and the higher your doses, the more risk you take. However, it's not a cookie cutter scenario for everyone. There are guys that can run ridiculously high doses and have no side effects, perfect bloodwork etc where guys that run a short little cycle at moderate doses can end up with very bad lipid profiles, gyno, hair loss, ED issues, bad liver enzymes, etc...

Being in proper health and shape while running the right supports can help minimize your risks, but nothing is guaranteed in this game

I hope that helps. It comes down to the risk you are willing to take for the reward

WTF HAS DIET GOT TO DO WITH HIS QUESTION ?????

are diet and AAS side-effects comparable ? no !!!

He asked about side effects ...is diet a bigger concern than gyno, liver function and recovering from shut-down ?

diet needs to be taken into consideration for a healthy life-style but thats not the subject in question .

your input is appreciated my friend , but telling anybody they will be ok on-cycle if their diet is ok is just wrong.

This is how op ends up jabbin himself with 5ml of deca 3 days in a row in his ear or some shit and never leans what a pct is
U dont have to hold his hand but hes clearly an extreme amature with access to roids that might not even be roids so the least you could do is point him in the right direction which is kind of the point of forums like this existing.
I would happily pm him everything he needs to know but i dont think my knowledge of aas is as adequate as many people on these forums that claim to know next to it all.
If u got tine to write a smartass message u got time to give a beginners info paragraph.

No offence..

Offense taken. There was no smart ass remark. I answered his question already so your last sentence makes no sense.

Steroids aren't a game the way most guys perceive them. You're messing with your hormones and your health. If you can't put forth some effort to figure out what's going to happen when you inject these substances, don't expect others to hold your hand and tell you it's all going to be okay and write you out a step by step plan every time. Everyone gave him great advice and told him to continue learning, which is what he needs to do.

There are risks involved with a 6-8 week t-bol cycle... however, it's substantially less than any injectable regardless of what anyone says. Tbol is one of the safest oral steroids there are, and steroids in general. It's extremely rare to have hairloss, getting gyno is quite uncommon, and prolactin levels are virtually unaffected. While these sides should be on your mind, they will most likely never arise. One thing to worry about is your libido and your liver values. Now tbol isn't as harsh on the liver as some orals, but it still has some effect, so I'd get some kind of liver protecting like TUCDA. Even that would be overkill... maybe some liv. 52 haha. Libido should be fine if you're healthy, but if it starts to dwindle just get horny goat weed or tribulus. I'd do 6 weeks at 50-70mg as a first cycle. Keep your diet in check, don't miss workouts, train insane, don't binge drink, and good luck :)
