Is one hour of morning aerobics ok on a mass cycle?

Thanks Guys!

Apparently, most here seem to agree that "no" or "minimal" cardio/aerobics is the best bet on a mass cycle. Thats all I needed to hear. I think I'll limit my aerobics to three days per week, 65% max heart rate for 30 min. with clean eating

also I don't think anyone has mentioned that it is important to take into account your somatotype (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph)...if you're an ectomorph (read naturally skinny bastard) then you should probably avoid cardio as you'll have a helluva time putting on mass even with no cardio

if you're on the other end of the scale (endomorph) then a bit of cardio is probably ok as you can pack on mass fairly easily
