6 posts a day is far from "so much time on a chat board", lol.

I don't have anything else to say; my job allows me tremendous freedom. I post from a Treo on the road a lot. I hope you one day enjoy similar opportunities. I suggest you focus your energy inward, not outward, though, if you have aspirations beyond your current realities.

The price in Kendall came down.....still too high, for what it is. Good looking out though. :)
 
i spoke to MTS today for the first time. we laughed, had a nice conversation, and the guy is 100% cool.

Yeah..it's been around for a little. Perfect location but too expensive. I have too many projects now anyhow. 700 acre ranch in Aspen that I might sell so I can move on.

Do his posts sometimes bother me? Of course. Do I agree with everything he has to say? Definitely, not.

Does he come off as a pompous ass/jackass/witty ass/cocky sometimes? Yes. But you will see that most of the members, including myself, from the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area: Bile-Stew, KB, Swole, Dunk, and Jackangel come off the same way. Maybe it is just us.

Am I kissing his ass? Nah, darlin, not my style.

That said, I have had dinner with him twice. And I would do it again. I have a lot to learn from him and will need his ear in the future.

As far as MTS goes.........he's never locked my threads or bombed me that I know of--despite raking him over the coals on more than 1 occasion so I have to at least respect him for that.
 
matt has locked numerous threads i have made because he felt they were too geigh and were a waste of bandwith
which proves he has good taste
 
Matts a cool guy. A veteran. Supposidly rich and smart - wrote a well-published technical manual - Power Point for Dummies.

However, the one thing that makes no sense to me is ... if he's such the man, why is he in Jacksonville FL...

That totally fails the Chewbacca defense...
