directions where to take few caps in the morning, so i assume they 10mg itr goes up to like 3-4 caps it says so i dont know ? should i stop taking it, i also ot sr9009 which seems ok i think, brand was bigboyz

holy shit I don't know what it is but I been taking ligadrine aka cardarine its my first time second day and I feel like training for ever? is this normal on it? it not a jittery feeling etc to totally diff? is this what leads to fat loss on it or? does it burn fat regardless
