That makes no sense. The only thing that binds them together is their religion and culture to a lesser degree. Biologically, Jews would need to have traits seen significantly less in other groups of similar people for their own racial distinction.
You can read studies about that kind of thing I suppose, but the only ones I've read claiming any distinction only included Ashkenazic Jews. I don't think "Jewish" could possibly be considered a race unless the same traits were also found with such prevalence in say, Mizrahchi Jews as well.
Otherwise, you're not saying Jews are alike, you're saying people from Europe are alike. Well no kidding.
