your appetite is weak cause you are young. when you get older things will change. I am the hungriest when i wake up, you just went 8 hours without food!
another thing is if you eat trash all day then its gonna stunt your appetite. in other words eating hot dogs and pizza is gonna make you feel full and blah all day. when you eat nourishing foods you will want to eat more cause you won't feel like shit after eating.
also drink more water. drink before bed, drink during the night, drink in the morning. you probably are naseous from waking up de-hydrated all the time. even if you don't feel thirsty drink water.
if you want to excell in bodybuilding which everyone on here is trying to do you better learn to eat breakfast, not eating until 12pm as one guy in this thread said is starving the muscle and depleting your glycogen levels. not what you want to do when u r trying to build muscle mass.. and you better eat after a workout as well. stims will cripple your appetite so you need to stop messing around with them. 5 hour energy, red bull or any of that shit needs to be thrown in the trash.
