Well lately I've been hitting up the gym before my first meal of the day, regardless if its 600 in the morning I get up or 10;oo in the morning I like to hit the gym up before my first meal now is this a good idea or should I eat first?

well there are a couple issues to be addressed, first thing in the morning is when your natural test levels are the highest but since your on a cycle and your hpta is shut down anyway i don't think thats an issue. so..

1) working out before breakfast will make your body feed on reserve carbs, and fat rather than recently eaten food for energy and help u lean out...however

2) your glycogen will deplete quick and your body may actually start catabolizing muscle..

so it can be good or bad depending on your goals

personally, i like a little cardio first thing..eat, the train later

I agree with this....Depends on your gaols...

No....

Everything I've read says to eat before and after a workout. You won't burn fat by starving yourself. It's a diciplined diet throughout the day that burns off fat, not starvation.

well if you supplement round the clock 24-7 it wont be an issue cause you will have something in your system every 2-3 hours, I usually eat at 10 pm, drink a protein drink at midnight and wake up at 3 or four in the morning and supplement again, then when I wake up I either have a supplement or a small breakfast, this way your diet and nutrition is never in question, and you can train whenever.

I think its better to eat something first, even if its not a lot, u should eat something. The 2 cups of oats sounds fine. Maybe a protein bar or something. Ya know

If your tryingto lean out its cool. If your trying to gain size you need to eat a good carb meal and protien before hand.
