What i would say is that it would be unlikely that a regular user of anabolic androgenic steroids would cause the LE to apply for a Court Order recognised by Hush to turn over the mails.

If you are a major source then i would agree this is something that should be considered.

With all that said most of the sources had website advertising their illegal trade so it was not hard to find them all hushmail assistance or not
