IS HCG necessary after a short(6 weeks) test prop cycle?

Hello Everyone,

I've finally decided to do my first short cycle. Plan on doing 6 weeks of Test-prop at 100mg EOD. As for PCT, my plan is to stick to conventional Nolva for 4 weeks.

My question is, is Nolva enough for PCT, or would in be necessary/preferable to add HCG to mainatain the most of my gains?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you

nolva should suffice though HCG would be nice. (hey i can rhyme :))

Thanks for your response. Would 40-40-20-20 of Nolva do it or should I consider Clomid as well?

cheers,

Yes. I always take HCG, even for a short 6 week cycle.

one or the other should do fine. no need for both imo. i personally respond better with clomid.

I just use nolva for 2 weeks, and I'm cool...

hcg would be better to have, last cycle i did was without hcg at the end and i recovered fine only cause i couldnt get any though....i plan to use it this time...
DO NOT USE HCG DURING PCT...USE IT BEFORE PCT STARTS

You can if you like, but just do small doses for 2 to 3 weeks, at 250iu eod. And run the nolva for 4 weeks 2 days after your last injection, and start the HCG several days BEFORE your last injection. Prop being such a short ester changes the timing a little bit on starting your PCT, but you already know this, Im sure. But Actually, being only 6 weeks of prop? HCG is not really neccessary unless you are prone to slow recoveries.
