Yeah dude. If you do anything sexual with someone else behind your s.o.'s back, that is cheating. There are some forms of cheating that are worse than others of course (kissing a girl at a bar verses banging your gf's sister on your anniversary) but it's all cheating. That is something intimate you should only share with your partner unless you have already mutually agreed to allow such things. It's not that complicated.
