I thought I recall reading in a Muscular Development about a year or two ago where he said he used to do drugs but then stopped...

just curious, he certainly doesn't have the weird stomach of the pros today.

but if I had to go for a look, I definitely would like to look like him - I'm his height... but uhhh, not quite his tan or bodyfat, and about 40-50lbs lighter.... and on juice.

guys, there were pics in Flex about 3-4 years ago and he was fucking HUGE!!!! He has come down quite a bit I would say. Then again, 500migs of sust and a little deca is considered "natural" to pros these days. I still think if he is using, he is not using near as much as he was.
 
I seen a few pictures of him at 270lbs, he was huge. He had to be on something.

Now he is like 215-220 for his modeling career, and I dont think he is taking anymore.

he looks tops 230 now. i read he on winny, deca, and low amounts of test. he certainly is a pretty dude. he is nothing though compared to the super freaks who rule bodybuilding now. as much as people hate on him he looks a hell of a lot better than ronnie or the other ugly dudes. so mama how does your face look? does it match the body? later,Luke
 
I was out to dinner with latona the other night and he asked what I was on and I said "nothing" and he just laughed b/c he knew I was lying (although you wouldn't know it by looking at me). sure enough, I'm on some 40mg/day anavar and just stopped pgf2 for a few weeks.

anavar is nice enough I guess, but I'm not really seeing any results from it. I think either 1) its bunk, 2) I'm retarded, 3) my diet sucks (yes, this is most likely it) or 4) I have some sort of inhuman liver that won't allow me to get any effect from drugs.

my first cycle was sust and deca and I had great results from that... but then again, everyone has great results on their first cycle.
it is hard for me to tell what gains and fat loss is from the cardio, diet, pgf2, or anavar since there is all that going on.

I'm gonna up my dosage of anavar a lot once I get another shipment in - right now I'm running low on what I have.
 
anavar and deca are very different drugs. I used anavar at the same time a friend of mine was using a decent amount of deca, and I got much better gains in strength, hardness and fat-loss. Anavar will work on a calorie restricted diet, while Deca is very calorie dependent, and won't do to much if you aren't eating alot. Anavar is alot better for strength too.
 
Guys he used to be a national level bodybuilder-----He has done more gear then most on here------Is he taking anything now, well unless you walk in his shoes its only a guess but my guess is of course he is------Guys that make their money on what their body looks like in most cases are having some help to keep their bodies looking a certain way----Esp. the older one gets------

5) You are making great gains (albeit slower than after your first cycle) but are too critical of yourself to see it. You definitely look bigger and harder than you did two months ago.

6) Then again, maybe the Dutch are to blame.
 
He went natural because he had to!!!He got caught stealing chrge cards and got probation AND Steroid testing!!!Whatever!! He looks good so who cares??

first off he works out at my gym..he looks like he is all antural right now...he isnt very veiny at all..and he weighed in at 248 the other day, i was standing right by him..he is huge and he isbout 6'2ish...any other questions i can answer...peace..but he is cut as hell
 
that's cool you work out at his gym - is he cool or have you not spoken with him?
I work out at the same gym as where the celtics train (they have their own court off on the side) - but I wouldn't know a celtic player other than the fact they are usually the huge black guys walking around dribbeling the medicine balls. never talk to them though.

Whew, I would pay money to workout at the same gym as Frank...I'm sure he still cycles some test from time to time
 
I'd pay money too... hell, I'm already paying money to work out in my gym now.

back in the day he was cranked out at 290 he was a fucking freak i think hes gorgeous now hes about 240-250 hes still on just alot less
 
yeah, there are pictures of him around the whole gym and u can tell like 2-3 years ago he was at least 35-40 pounds heavier, and much more vascular..he has sick abs though...peace
