Just from reading posts, looks like a lot of low-carb people here. So is everyone whos cutting doing low card? Just wondering!

i was , but i switched up. now im doing low fat high protein medium carbs.. the ckd is a great diet and i got awesome results but i started loosing strength.

I'm cutting, but am not using a low carb. I just keep my calories down and have a P/C/F ratio of 50/45/5. It works for me. Once I get to about 8% though, I may use ckd to cut the last little bit.

I'm doing high protein, but not low carb, I just cut out simple carbs like sugar, but I make sure to get plenty of complex carbs with my protein.

I did ckd to cut for about 2 months and it worked great....

after I lost about 15 lbs I switched over high protein medium carbs and lower fat (not too low though) and I'm bulking on it now.

Not doing very low carb, more like moderate with carbs coming from good sources....still trying to cut out chocolate though, very hard!

I'm not on a low-carb diet but I've had success with CKD in the past. Lots of trial and error - to find out what works for me personally. One of the down sides with low carbs for me is that my muscles get really flat - I don't necessarily lose muscle - but I just feel less pumped - and my clothes fit much more loosely.

Right now I'm on a 50/30/20 (p/c/f). More or less maintaining.
