Is Crystal Light ok while burning the fat?

So i was layin in bed last night and i had the worst cravings for bad foods.. I didn't give and they finally subsided and i went to bed. But today i went ahead and picked up some crystal light so i can have a glass of it when i feel like i'm craving shitty things.... it has 5 cals per 8oz glass... Anything wrong with drinkin a glass a day??

That's a loaded question. If you are drinking 5 glasses of Crystal light in place of 5 cans of soda, then yes, it is healthier. I have been having great (slow and steady) results just from cutting out high fructose corn syrup (they put this crap in everything).

Aside from the possible insulin spike its alright in moderation. 1 glass per day will do no damage, but 20 might..

That many actually have calories.....

Take a look at the generic brand of Crystal Lite (I think great value makes it, get it at Wal-Mart). It is zero sugar and zero calories. I think it tastes better too, but like Jenscats5 says, don't over do it on the stuff.

Zero calories PER SERVING as anything with under 5 cals per serving is allowed to be labelled as 0 calories...so it may actually have *some* calories in it and if you drink the entire tub (ie 1 gallon) - then you may actually be ingesting *some* calories, which may or may not make a difference to each individual person.....

I get the single packs where you put them in a 16oz bottle water.....I actually put that same packet in a liter of water....I drink it all the time...not as sweet as it would taste in a 16oz bottle but its anough to drink the a liter in no time...
