is 400mg of caffeine too much?

is it 400 mg of caffeine too much for an ECA stack? also how many cups of coffee do 400 mg of caffeine make? I usually have about 5 cups of coffee a day but as soon as I start my ECA stack I will slow down on coffee, thank you.

400mg of caffeine is about 4 cups of coffee.

A typical EC stack is 200mg caffeine and 24mg ephedrine 3 times per day. I always suggest keeping it to twice per day if you can. That 3rd dose is enough to keep a lot of people awake at night. You don't want to have issues sleeping.

caffeine is not supposed to be taken repeatedly and excessively as, its unanimous intake can lead up to severe health issues further.

The RDA of caffeine is to limit caffeine consumption to no more then 400mg/day.

400mg/day is max. You certainly wouldn't want to use any more then that each day.

An 8oz cup of coffee has 85-100mg of caffeine depending on the brand and roast.

Usually have seen ECA stacks with 200-250mg of caffeine per pill. Quite surprised to see something like 400mg in one serving.

Unless you are asking about a double serving then I would understand.

In any case, 400mg in one go is an overkill in my opinion.
