Iron Addict/DC Training routine

I would like to know how many people have used the IA/DC method of training and what your opinions were on it or the 9 day rotation.

If by DC you mean Dogcrapp, I'm using it now. I've been doing it around 4-6wks. So far I really like it. Strength is up in everything (I also started a cycle at the same time though). The workout seems to allow you to focus on your good heavy lifts, and cuts out all the lessor stuff. One thing, I don't know if it is good or bad, but, I don't get as sore as I used to.

Thats funny, I just did my first workout yesterday. It actually felt really good. I followed it exactly, down to the rest pausing and stretches(as he believes every part to be integral). Have you read 'cycle on pennies' all the way through. If not, good read.

IA and DC have two COMPLETELY different methodologies (they're both great). IA is training me right now and I lift 2 days a week (I shit you not). The results have been incredible.

Him1 - I have, in fact, I organized it all into a "Dogcrapp Training Manual". I've got it in a pdf file. If you want me to email it to you, give me your email address and I'll send it over.

DaMan - Can you summarize the IA program briefly? I'm curious as to what it is.

If you could shoot me over the pdf file I would appreciate it.

I have not read the entire cycle for pennies, I am only on page 30 of it.

Can you outline IA's workout routine/strategy and the effectiveness of it?

Thanks
