Ipamorelin and CJC 1295 (mod-grf) Log

Hello all, as the title says, Im running a log of this stuff.

I have:

1-10mg vial of CJC 1295 (mod-grf)
5-2mg vials of Impa


Ive read various different dosage protocols from 100mcg 3x a day to 250mcg 3x a day of each.

If anyone has advice on optimal dosing as well as length of they cycle then I would thankfully take the suggestion! If not, then I will start with 100mcg 3x a day and adjust as I go.

My goal right now it to lose body fat while maintaining as much muscle mass as I can.

currently I am

5'10 235lbs 22% bodyfat

Im currently doing a ketogenic diet with weekly carb loads how ever Im thinking of doing Lyle Mcdonalds 14 day variant of the UD2. Im open to staying on a ketogenic diet if you guys think it will be more beneficial.

Hope you guys follow along with me and give your feed back and would also like to make some new friends to share ideas and philosophies with!
 
How long are you running these? They should be run 6months plus
 
Fat burning should be fairly quick but the anabolic side will take much longer to notice as it is suttle. Not everyone likes peptides though.

I'm more interested in fat loss at this point so that's good. Any suggesting on dosing and times to dose?
 
100 of each 3 times per day 30 minutes before meals. There are much cheaper ways to lose fat though... clen, t3 etc.
 
Low dose clen at 40-60mcg 8s great and minimal sides. Your thyroid is very resistant short t3/t4 cycles are fine. GH Is best used with thyroid anyway
 
I'm pretty sure I have a problem. My CJC 1295 froze last night. I have no idea why. The Ipa didn't freeze, so I have no idea why the CJC. Only thing I can think of is the CJC is a 10mg vial and the Ipa is 2mg.

Is this stuff ruined?

Should I go ahead and pin the Ipa?

I have more of both on the way
 
cycle is going well. have notice improved sleep! Other than that there is not much to report. About when do you start noticing and what do you start to notice? Also, what are the benefits to taking Ipa rather that GHRP 6 or 2, other than it has less side effects. Is the differnce worth the extra cost?

Its actually more effective over time. Ghrp2&6 cause an increase in GHIH making them virtually ineffective after about 8 weeks or so. Ipam does not have this effect.
 
I have to say that my sleep is incredible! I do not wake up once through the night and feel great when I wake up. As far as fat loss, not much, however, I have been eating like a horse and haven't gained any fat. I'm talking 3500 calories a day. At 5'10 235 at 22% bf, I'd imagine if I would diet the fat would melt. Big time lack of discipline I must admit.

Another positive is that my muscles are always pumped. It's like the pump never goes away.
 
My source sent me cjc 1295 WITH DAC. I contacted them, but would this stuff be ok to use in the event that they dont reship what I ordered?
 
Dont taper t3, its a waste and does nothing. Also with clen start as low as you can and stay at as low a dose as possible. To check effectiveness take your temp. Body temp should increase 1 degree, if it is then your clen dose is working, dont go with pre scheduled dose increases. Its a waste.
cjc w dac will work BUT mod grf is more of a pulsitile release that more closely mimics gh release in males.
 
Id taper t3 up but not down.

Agreed, start clen low and onlh move up as needed. Just because you dont have sides doesnt mean it isnt working
 
Shouldn't make a difference. I think only t4 needs to be on an empty stomach

No, thats tren.

Diet is individual. How ever you would normally diet go with that
 
since adding the clen and t3, I have notice that a Im extremely warm, my temperature is normal though. Im running both at 40mcg in the mornings
 
I have mixed my IGF-1 LR3, I plan on using 60mcg per day, but there is mass confusion on how to use this, I have read a number of different things.


Pre workout, before a high carb meal
30 mins post workout to allow MGF to do its thing.

so heres what I did.

i did a bench press routine like this

8,6,4,4,2 light weight
6,4,2,2 moderate
1,1,1 heavy
135x20
155x20

5 sets of pull ups
5 sets of dips

immediately post workout I pinned cjc1295/Ipa at 125mcg/120mcg

waited 25 mins then pinned in each side delt at 30mcg of IGF1 LR3 with a 1/2 inch slin pin obviously IM.

10 mins later I consumed

5g fat
70g carbs
58g protein

I pinned in my side delts because
1. I dont really need to increase my chest mass
2. I didnt feel confident pinning in my pecs because i never had before.
3. My side delts to be brought up.

Is this dosing protocol ok?

cycle is amazing. muscles are full, sleep is crazy good. Last night I pinned 1mg of Dac to try it out. Ive been boom dosing 500 mcg of Ipam at night also which has really made my sleep great.

Thanks for the update. The GH inducing peptides are the real deal.
For me the key is having realistic expectations as to the results and running them long term, much like real gh to get the true benefits. Sure you get the immediate benefits you are speaking of as far as sleep and fullness etc but to really have them effect and help to transform your physique takes time and combining them with androgens of some kind heaps that significantly as well.
 
over 10 weeks in and I must say that results are better than I expected. However, over the last week or so Ive seemed to plateau a little. Last night I switched up and add mk677 in.
