Its been a long time since I have been on forums and my last activity was over on thesourcecheck for those of you that remember there with Lurch and the fellas my handle was Juicey62

IYKYK I have a ton of insights to share but I am also totally ignorant to how things are running currently so if I ask a question its an honest question. I dont endorse anyone and am on here for a few clients I train that have been inquiring and I realized just how long its been.
